  2. Designing Your Plan – Within 2–3 days, I create a fully customized training and nutrition plan aligned with your life not someone else’s template.
  3. Kick-off & Education – We start with a call where I walk you through your plan, answer all your doubts, and explain the “why” behind every decision.
  4. Ongoing Coaching – Weekly check-ins, progress reviews, and form corrections ensure you’re not just following instructions but actually learning how to sustain results.
