From a young age, I was deeply passionate about sports. I played badminton at the national level, and the court was where I felt most alive. But life had a different plan.
A severe knee ligament tear forced me to step away from the game I loved most. Over the years, I dislocated my knee not once, but three times. The physical pain was intense, but the emotional toll was even heavier. For an athlete, being told you can’t play anymore feels like losing a part of your identity.
Then came COVID. While the world stood still, I was confined to bed rest, unable to train or move the way I once did. Slowly but surely, the weight crept in and I went from 56kgs to 68kgs.
At that point, I didn’t just feel the weight physically; I felt it mentally and emotionally too.

I remember looking in the mirror and thinking: This isn’t me. That moment sparked something in me.
I didn’t want to just lose weight, now I wanted to find myself again.
But the truth? It wasn’t easy. Without the right guidance, it took me much longer than I expected. I struggled, I made mistakes, and I often felt lost. Yet, every setback became a lesson. Every failure pushed me to learn more about my body, my habits, and the science behind real transformation.

Once I achieved my own results, I knew one thing for certain: losing weight doesn’t automatically qualify you to help others do the same.
If I truly wanted to coach people, I had to invest in knowledge, education, and certifications. So, I dedicated myself to continuous learning:
These certifications gave me not just knowledge, but confidence that I could guide others with methods that were safe, effective, and sustainable.

I started sharing my story online, never thinking it would turn into anything beyond a passion project. I wasn’t chasing followers or trying to build a business. I was simply sharing my struggles and solutions, hoping to help even one woman who felt the way I once did.
Fast forward to 2025: after four years of consistent content creation, I’ve built a community of over 100,000 people on Instagram. More importantly, I’ve had the privilege of coaching for over three years and transforming the lives of more than 500 clients across the world.
